About the Juror: Libby Rowe is a professor of photography at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Rowe holds a Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from University of Northern Iowa.
